This typical Brussels house has been divided in 3 units : a two-bedroom duplex, a one-bedroom flat and a three-bedroom triplex.

In this duplex, the kitchen is on the rear side of the house, being connected with the garden, while private spaces are on the lower floor – the basement. An inner courtyard has been transformed to bring enough light into the bedrooms.
